Before the contract Regency will -

  • Provide a professional service from the first site visit to the completion of the contract.

  • Be more than happy to spend time with you explaining about out business, products and TopPave warranty.

  • Be able to produce an extensive product and pattern book and be able to provide samples if requested.

  • Be able to supply address of other contracts that have been completed within the area.

  • Provide you with a clear and detailed estimate/Quotation covering the work to be carried out.

  • Have the necessary licenses for contracted work and will also have third party liability insurance.

  • During the contract Regency will -

  • Be polite and courteous and will keep the site safe and tidy throughout the contract.

  • Keep you informed if the progress of the job at all times.

  • Install the project competently and responsibly, taking into account all health and safety regulations.

  • Construct all installations in accordance to the manufacturer’s installation practice and to the new British Standard BS7533: part 2.

  • Once you are Regency will finalise the warranty and give you your signed Installation Guarantee. Once the work is completed to your satisfaction, complete the final warranty card from the insurance company to activate you insurance backed warranty.

  • After the contract Regency will -

  • Leave the site clean and tidy, once you are happy Regency will finalise the warranty and give you a signed copy of the Installation Guarantee.

  • Within a couple of days you will receive your TopPave aftercare pack, together with the insurance documents confirming your 10 year product guarantee and 5 year installation guarantee.
